Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a full refund after receiving your item.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Email us with your order number and name.

    • Use the subject line: Refund Request

    • Mention the product you want to return and the reason for the return

  2. Our support team will respond within 24 hours with the return address.

  3. Ship the item back to us in its original condition.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. The funds may take a few business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Please Note:
  • Returns are accepted only after delivery.

  • Items must be returned in unused and original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • We do not accept order cancellations once the order has been shipped.
